This story has an intensity underneath that held my interest. Jamie Beck is one of my favorite writers. I've read all her work. Her characters come alive and I find it hard to remember they are not real people I know. This story has all the elements I love with great humor in the dialog while dealing with the serious subject of sexual assault. Looking forward to reading another in this series. Thank you also for the job someone did of editing out grammar errors and typos. Nothing is more annoying or breaks the connection with the story than that. Thank you Jamie for a great trip to Sanctuary Sound.Great book What a wonderful story , very well written and well developed characters . The story touched on so many sensitive topics giving insight into how trauma can affect your life . It revolved around a beautiful love story and I couldn't put the book down .Such a Beautiful Story! The Memory of You is a beautiful story of high school sweethearts, Ryan and Steffi, who drifted apart, and a decade later are brought back together by fate, and a small push from Ryan's mother. There is so much heartbreak, resiliency, and when you think "it's all uphill from here" there's a small twist. I'm left absolutely reeling and excited to read The Promise of Us. Jamie Beck did an amazing job making this story absolutely unforgettable!
